The Work You\u2019ll Do:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

• Support the Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors of experience design to concept andoversee the production of bold, innovative, award-winning campaigns and digital experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features andfunctions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Creates low- and high-fidelity wireframes that represent a user\u2019s journey<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Effectively pitch wireframes to and solutions to stakeholders. You\u2019ll be the greatest advocate forour work, but you\u2019ll also listen and internalize feedback so that we can come back with creative thatexceeds expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  • A mastery of craft. You dream about color, typography, and interaction design every day. You areproficient using tools like Figma and Adobe XD. You can efficiently use your skill set to develop newdesigns within existing and new visual systems and design languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A portfolio which highlights strong understanding of UX design including but not limited to: userflows, IA, and translating customer research, analytics, and insights into wireframes andhigh-fidelity designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Possess problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality, and a proactive nature-committed todelivering solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • At least 5-8 years of experience with UX and UI design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2 years of experience with design thinking or similar framework that focuses on defining users\u2019needs early.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong portfolio showing expert concept, layout, and typographic skills, as well as creativity andability to adhere to brand standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Microsoft suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to collaborate well with cross-disciplinary agency team and stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Forever learning: Relentless desire to learn and leverage the latest web technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Detail-oriented: You must be highly organized, be able to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Independence: The ability to make things happen with limited direction. Excellent proactiveattitude, take-charge personality, and \u201ccan-do\u201d demeanor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency with Front-End UI technologies a bonus but not necessary (such as HTML, CSS,JavaScript).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
